Anvers. Lors d’un étouffant vendredi après-midi de Juin, huit personnes rêvent d’une vie différente. Il y a de la musique et du vent, la police et la paranoïa, des indices et des contradictions. Il y a un ancien virus, un frisbee qui vagabonde, un cheval mort et, errant à travers la ville, un énergumène énigmatique appelé Windman qui ressent la peine des autres, mais semble incapable de s’inquiéter pour lui-même.
