John Deveau est membre d’une bande composée de jeunes gens riches et paresseux issus de la haute société. Pour éviter l’ennui, ils s'essaient à l’alcool et à la drogue, participent à des parties de sexe et poussent leur vies aux limites avec un jeu appelé « faire s’effondrer le looser ».
