Together with their aunt and their two best friends, Luke and Lucy travel to Texas to become the new Texas Rangers, determined to put the evil Jim Parasite and his gang in jail where they belong.

synopsis

Dark City, Texas: the evil and mysterious Jim Parasite terrorises the city and has concocted a plan to become the biggest and most powerful man in the world. He captures the Texas Rangers, but one of them manages to escape and calls upon Luke and Lucy for help. Together with their aunt and their two best friends, Luke and Lucy travel to Texas to become the new Texas Rangers, determined to put Parasite and his gang in jail where they belong.
Cité Noir, Texas: le diabolique et mystérieux Jim Parasite terrifie la ville et a concocté un plan pour devenir l’homme le plus grand et le plus puissant du monde. Il capture les Rangers du Texas, mais l’un d’entre eux parvient à s’échapper et appelle Bob et Bobette à la rescousse. Ensemble avec leur tante et leurs deux meilleurs amis, Bob et Bobette voyagent jusqu’au Texas pour devenir les nouveaux Rangers du Texas, déterminés à envoyer Parasite et son clan où ils le méritent: en prison.
Vanuit zijn goed verborgen hoofdkwartier annex whisky stokerij in een verlaten mijn in de buurt van het stadje Dark City in Texas, heeft de gemaskerde boef Jim Parasijt het duivelse plan opgevat om de wereldbevolking te verkleinen met een Indiaans toverpoeder. Jim Parasijt wil “de grootste” zijn! De Texas Rangers worden door Jim Parasijt en zijn bende in een hinderlaag gelokt, verkleind met het magisch poeder en in lege whisky flessen gestopt . Ranger Tom, de leider, slaagt er echter in om zijn fles in een houten kist met whisky flessen te laten tuimelen, net voor ze wordt dichtgespijkerd en verscheept naar Europa. Het is toevallig precies deze kist die bij Lambik belandt en zo ontdekken onze vrienden de verkleinde Texas Ranger. Ranger Tom brengt de vrienden op de hoogte van het snode plan van Parasijt en omdat hij zelf te zwak en te klein is , smeekt hij Suske en Wiske om hulp. Terwijl Professor Barabas naar een tegengif zoekt voor het verkleinpoeder van Parasijt , reizen Suske, Wiske en hun vrienden naar Texas om er de strijd met de bandiet aan te gaan en terug orde op zaken te stellen in Dark City ….
