A new head of department is put in charge of the colleagues. Alexander wants to improve collaboration within this inefficient team but is confronted with indifference and opposition. As a measure of last resort they embark on a team-building weekend where more is at stake than initially expected...
De collega's krijgen een nieuw diensthoofd. Alexander wil de slabakkende afdeling laten samenwerken maar stoot op onverschilligheid en verzet. Als ultieme redmiddel neemt hij hen mee op teambuildingweekend, waar blijkt dat er meer op het spel staat dan eerst gedacht...
